Watercolor Painting
Livestream
Learn how to paint using watercolor paint! We mix the pigment with water to create layers of paint on watercolor paper. Each class follow along for step-by-step instruction as we paint flora, fauna, landscapes, and still life. We usually start with a quick sketch so we know where to color and add layers as the class progresses. All supplies are provided at no cost by HCA. Cartoon Capers

Explore the basics of drawing and cartooning in a fun, approachable class. Students will learn foundational skills like shapes, lines, shading, and character design—perfect for beginners who want to bring their ideas to life on the page. Join us as we explore a broad range of activities to make something functional and/or decorative with our hands. We'll use materials like paper, paint, wood, clay, yarn, flowers, or beads, depending on the project. Take home what you make to beautify your space or gift it to a loved one! Please note: where applicable, adult accompaniment may be requested for kiddos at the teacher's discretion.
Singing 102: Tips, Tricks & Techniques for Jazz

If you watched Singing 101 and felt yourself longing for jazz examples, then Singing 102 is for you! This video is dedicated to warmups, scales, vibrato, and scatting specific to jazz singing. You'll get to see this style at work in two different jazz faves: "At Last" and "Misty."
