Zumba Gold
In-Person
This exercise class introduces easy-to-follow dance choreography that focuses on coordination, memory retention, and range of motion. It’s perfect for active older adults who are looking for a fitness class that recreates the original Zumba moves that you love at a lower intensity. Part of class can be done seated and some choreographies are done standing. We recommend that you bring water, and we ask that you wear sneakers or closed-toed shoes with good grip for safety.
Botanical Watercolor with Nuri (Intermediate)
